2If you find the same room type, for the same date/s, on another website within 24 hours of making your booking, submit a Rate Claim Form
3If the rate is lower, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we’ll refund you the difference and give you an additional 10% discount on the night/s which the lower rate is available on.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1The guarantee is applicable only to Barclay Suites and must be accompanied by a confirmed Barclay Suites online reservation number.
2Competing lower rate must be a nightly room-only rate that is publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable with instant confirmation on another website for the same room type, stay dates, number of guests, deposit / cancellation policy and currency (NZD). Taking a screen shot is suggested just in case the rate is no longer viewable when the claim form is received.
3The claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to check in.
4Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate.
5If the claim period covers multiple nights, each night of the booking will be compared separately.
6The Rate Guarantee does not apply to i rates that are not publicly available eg corporate, agent, group or long term stay rates ii negotiated rates available to pre-qualified members of various organisations iii package rates that include the room and other components such as meals, activities, car rental etc
7The Blackstone Group reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without notice.
8Any dispute arising from the Best Rate Guarantee will be governed by the laws of New Zealand
